They like working with a descriptive master list of homes that fit their search criteria or using the internet to pre-screen homes and neighborhoods helping them decide which homes they actually want to see.
We make the appointments and show the homes they have chosen. This master list is updated daily. Anytime a new home enters the market and meets the search criteria it is automatically added to the master list.
